How to resolve 502 Bad Gateway error on Data Explorer or Cloud Resources in the Panther Console
When trying to access the Cloud Resources or Data Explorer page in the Panther Console, a "502 Bad Gateway" error occurs.
To resolve this issue:
- Refresh the page.
- If the page continues to say "Bad Gateway", please contact Panther Support.
This issue occurs when hitting resource limits within your Panther account. The initial limits are set lower to prevent runaway processes from hogging all the resources.
