What should I do if the email address for my Panther account is different from the one for my Slack account? I am receiving the error message: “Sorry @your_user, unable to retrieve alert details. Please verify your Panther account has the same email address as your Slack account."
Your email address in Slack must match exactly with the one in Panther. We can't make any changes on the Panther side. If your Panther account was created through a direct invite, you can update your email. However, if your Panther account was created via an external provider (e.g., Okta), you'll need to either delete your Panther account and recreate it to match your Slack email, or vice versa on the Slack side.
