Why aren't my System Errors in Panther reflected in Jira?
Issue
When updating the username and status in Panther, the changes are not reflected in Jira. This seems to be an issue specifically related to System Errors, as other alerts update correctly through our Jira integration. How can I resolve this?
Resolution
This is a known bug in Panther where the one-way sync to Jira is not functioning correctly for System Errors. Panther is currently working on fixing this issue on the backend.
