The Panther Console login authentication prompt is asking for MFA but I never set up MFA.
To resolve this issue:
If you're aware of other admins in the Panther instance, please contact them so they can delete your user and send you a new invite. Please follow this guide here for more details: 📄 How do I change, reset, or enable an MFA device in the Panther Console?
If that is not possible, please contact Support!
This issue is due to new updates requiring MFA for every account. The legacy Panther user account that relied on username and password only still falls under the new require MFA condition.
