I'm getting the error "This API is only available for customers that host Panther in their AWS account" when using Panther AI GraphQL API operations. I'm a Panther SaaS customer. How can I resolve this?

Resolution

To use Panther AI GraphQL API operations as a SaaS customer, you must be on the pass-through billing model. Please reach out to your Panther account team to learn more about how to transition to a pass-through billing model.

Cause

AI GraphQL API operations are only available to Cloud Connected customers and SaaS customers with pass-through billing.
