QUESTION

When I click my user icon in the upper-right in Panther, the option to view/edit my Profile Settings is disabled, as shown below. Why is this?

ANSWER

The most likely cause for this option being disabled is that your user is managed via SSO. When users are managed via SSO, their profile settings are controlled by the identity provider (Okta, Google, etc.). To alter your profile settings for such users, you'll need to do so through the identity provider itself, not through Panther.
