How do I measure the latency of data ingestion into Panther? If there's a delay between when a log event is generated and when Panther processes the event, I want to know how long that delay is.

You can see this by opening your Panther Console, going to the Dashboard, switching to the Data tab, and scrolling down to Average Data Latency by Log Type.
