What steps can be taken to resolve this?

Please verify that these prerequisites are met:

• Audit logs require an Atlassian account subscribed to Atlassian Access. Ensure that you are using an Enterprise plan to support all the necessary actions.

• The user setting up the integration in Panther must have the Organization Admin Role. Without this role, access will be denied.
