Issue

When trying to onboard Snowflake Audit Logs source in Panther, the following error occurs:

Source Snowflake Prod did not pass configuration check because: ping timed out. Check your credentials… The requested schema does not exist or not authorized.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

Make sure to define the default role and default warehouse for the user you created for the setup.

Cause

This issue occurs when no default role and warehouse are defined for your user.
