Before we enable HIPAA traffic, will our account need to be migrated to a different platform or zone, or will our existing account continue to operate as it is? We want to ensure there isn’t a separate area in which HIPAA is required to live.
To process HIPAA traffic in Panther, you will not need to change anything about your Panther account. You will, however, need to ensure that your Snowflake account attached to your Panther account is the Business Critical Edition.
If your Snowflake account is not already at Business Critical Edition, you can reach out to your Snowflake rep or Snowflake customer support and ask to upgrade your account.
