Panther throws classification errors even after I changed the schema and marked errors as Resolved
Issue
When trying to address classification issues, I edited my schema to require fewer fields by switching some fields from required=true to required=false. After I edit the schema, save the changes, and mark the errors as Resolved, I'm getting new alerts that should be addressed by my edits.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, refresh the Panther Console page and wait a few minutes. If the issues persist, contact the Panther support team.
Cause
This issue can occur because it can take several minutes for the schema changes to apply to the classification engine.
