Why can't I see comments created using API tokens in Panther?
Issue
I cannot see comments created using API tokens in Panther.
Resolution
Reach out to an admin on your Panther account and ask them to ensure your user role includes the View API Tokens permission.
Cause
This can happen if your user role in Panther doesn't have the View API Tokens permission. This permission allows users to see details (metadata) about API tokens. Since comments created by an API user are essentially metadata associated with the token, you won't be able to view them without the necessary permission.
