Why do I see the error ‘failed: FailedQuery('status: running error: query still running')’ when running Scheduled Rules in Panther?


When trying to run Scheduled Rules in Panther, the following error occurs:

failed: FailedQuery('status: running error: query still running')

How do I resolve this error? What is causing it?


This error is temporary, and should resolve itself. You don't need to take any action. If this error occurs frequently, please contact your Panther Support team for further investigation.


This error should be ephemeral, as it can be caused by the process finishing. We then pull the results in another process. Snowflake reports “still running” because the processes are so close in time.
