QUESTION

Why is my Panther Analysis Tool (PAT) uploaded detection not appearing in the Destination Override field?

ANSWER

This is caused by a bug in Panther where the detection's YAML file will have a set output ID (Destination Override) but it will not appear visually in the UI.

Note: This does not affect functionality and your detection will still alert to that destination.

Panther's engineering team is working to permanently resolve this issue. In the meantime, to make the Destination Override to appear, you can choose to select it via the Panther UI.
