Zoom integration error in Panther: status 400, no permission, next page token expired

Issue

When trying to connect a Zoom log source to Panther, I see an error message like this:

status 400 Bad Request message No permission.: zoom: Bad request, next page token expired

Resolution

To resolve this issue, make sure the Zoom role you're using to connect to Panther satisfies all the requirements listed here in our documentation. If your role satisfies these conditions but the issue persists, contact Panther support for additional assistance.

Cause

This issue can occur when the log source was configured improperly.
